Maria promised Aunt Peggy that she would save Uncle Carl no matter what. I said goodbye to my parents and they said they were so proud of me. I then travelled through time and that's how I'm here." She then teared up. "I... I had forgotten about how happy my parents seemed to have me as a daughter..." said Lisa. "If only I could have seen it before. I left impulsively... even though they always demonstrated their love to me, I thought they would never miss me... but when they said that... "They were cooking at her home and suddenly, she felt unwell and collapsed. It was fast and sudden, but there was nothing unnatural about it." --- "I'm thinking about it..." said Peter. "Being Spider-Man has brought me nothing but pain for the last six years, counting this last one, in which I gave up the suit. But it seems that I can't escape it at all." He grabbed a drink and swallowed it. "Being Spidey is kinda like drinking this stuff in excess." said Peter, disgusted by the taste of the drink. "Six years I've been trying to look on the bright side and to be there for everyone, but it has never done me any good. I guess what they say about me is right... I like to help others... I just can't help myself. I'm just surprised that I haven't died from something already... anyone with my kind of pain would have already given up. And I feel like I'm about to... my uncle and aunt... my first love... MJ dumping me... life isn't easy... and for me, it has only gotten harder with every passing day. She was right in a way... he did care about the people around him, and he would do anything for them. He then grabbed the chest and opened it. Inside, a black Spider-Man costume was tucked in. Spider-Gwen walked in and saw this. Peter looked at her. "It's time..." said Peter with determination. "I can't keep running away, no matter how hard I try... Spider-Man will come back." Spider-Gwen smiled and teared up as she went to Peter and hugged him. "Now you see what I meant when I... died... you have to find the balance." said Spider-Gwen. "It just took me a year to realize it." said Peter. |

No matter... now I'll finish the job!!! AHAHAHAHAHAAAA!!!" laughed the Goblin. "TROOPERS, STRIKE!!!" Suddenly, some Goblin creatures walk in. Peter, Felicia, Barbera, Dave and Gwen seem to recognize them. "No... Betty, Mr. Jameson, Mortimer and Robbie!!!" said Peter as he recognized four Goblin creatures. Jameson, Mortimer and Betty laughed as they grabbed tables and smashed them. Robbie grabbed a chair and starts bashing it. Dave recognizes three more Goblin creatures. "The son of a bitch mutated my family!!! Alright... this is personal." said Dave. Felicia saw a familiar face among the army. "Mother!!!" said Felicia with shock as she saw Anastasia Hardy mutated. Anastasia just laughed maniacally as she pounced on her daughter. Gwen saw more coming in. "No way... he also got Dr. Goddard, Paul, Flash, Debra and Patty!!!" said Gwen as she saw Dr. Goddard, Flash Thompson, Paul Bennett, Debra Whitman and Patty Winston walking in. "And dere's da Rosenthals, Barry Bartholomew and dat Patterson kid!!!" said Barbera as he noticed Herb and Donna Rosenthal leading Barry Bartholomew and Grant Patterson into battle. Barry Bartholomew just let out a rather awkward laugh as he grabbed a bottle and smashed it. "We got to hold 'em off, but try not to hurt them!!!" said Peter. "Easier said than done!!!" uttered Lisa. Suddenly, a shield swung in and hit Anastasia Hardy in the head, knocking her out. The shield swings back to Maria Morrell, who is still wearing her civilian outfit. "Just do it, girl!!!" said Maria as she charged Flash. "At least this meathead isn't loved by anyone." Maria bashed Flash with the shield. Lisa then fired a web and swung towards Betty. "OYYYYY VEEEEEEEYYYYYYY!!!" yelled Lisa as she headed for Betty. Lisa kicks Betty, sending her flying to the wall. Jameson headed toward 40-year old Spidey and grabbed a chair. He swings it, trying to smash Old Spidey with it. Mortimer runs toward Spider-Bot and tries to grab him. The Rosenthals now engage Felicia. "I hate doing this, Mr. and Mrs. Rosenthal, but I have to." said Felicia as she kicked Herb and landed a karate chop on Donna's shoulder. Paul Bennett was heading for the hall and started terrorizing innocents along with Dr. Goddard, Barry Bartholomew and Grant Patterson. Peter then grabbed Dr. Goddard and tossed him aside. Gwen did the same with Grant. Barbera and Dave also head for the hall and deck Barry Bartholomew and Paul. Barbera then looks up. "Uh-oh... anyone ready for dat trick or treater?" uttered Barbera. "Now, for me to deal with these meddlers." said the Goblin. The Goblin laughed as he deployed two Gatling guns from his glider and started firing while chasing Peter, Dave, Gwen and Barbera in the hall. "Oh, shit... we better shag ass outta here, boyos!!!" said Spider-Gwen as she ran from the machine gun fire alongside Peter, Barbera and Dave. Our heroes then jump into one of the rooms as the Goblin flies past them and Barbera drops his gun when he lands. Gwen sees Barbera's gun on the floor and grabs it. She then fires at the glider. "DAAAAGH!!! LUCKY SHOT!!!" yelled the Goblin as he started losing control of the glider. Spider-Gwen then jumps into the glider and taps the Goblin's shoulder. The Goblin turns around and sees Gwen. "NOOOOOOO!!!!" yelled the Goblin. Gwen punches the Goblin in the face, sending him falling down. Gwen then looks in front of her and notices the glider is about to hit a wall. "SAINTS PRESERVE US!!!" yelled Gwen as she started piloting the glider and aiming it into a window. Once the glider was near the window, Spider-Gwen does a backflip and jumps out of it. The glider hits the window and is sent spinning down until it crashes into the ground, exploding spectacularly. Spider-Gwen then looks at her hands with excitement and laughed. Now she knew why Peter felt the suit was like a drug. This was actually fun!!! "WOOOOOHOOOOOO!!!" yelled Gwen excitedly as she raised her fist victoriously ala Rocky Balboa. |

Ben kissed back, but then they heard the explosion. "Someone wants to be in the ICU...well..ICU in a bit." Ben turned and put on the mask.
"Tell me...you didn't say that just now." Venom fired a line.
"Shut up Eddie." Ben swung off.

"Hit me up when he's back. Now...I hear fighting. Tiem to put you to work. Get that sweet ass moving Baby. Daddy's gotta shoot things and...what the fuck are you?" Deadpool paused as a figure appeared from flame.
"Your better Wilson." It then pounced him, knocking them off the roof.

Mortimer was tackled by John just as JJ webbed...himself up. "WHAT IS GOING ON?"
"OSBORN GOT LOOSE." Spider-JJ said. "Damn it."
"We are not running. Engaging tactile stun system." Spider-Bot said, attempting to stun the Rosenthals.
"He's right...we fight." Peter jumped for Osborn. "NORMAN!! I..."
Deadpool suddenly landed, with a massive green form hitting him with a loud crunch. The figure looked up. "You'll WHAT Parker?"
"Oh shit...it's him." Peter veered away, just as a blast of flame shot his way. "That's the guy."
"The Ultimate Goblin, if you please. The one true Spider-Slayer. I killed a younger you, let's try and see if age makes it easy." Osborn said as he stepped off of the twisted form of Deadpool.
"He killed..." John turned. "And he is...no...KEEP AWAY FROM MY FATHAAAAARRROOOOOOOO." John's clothes exploded as a white wolfen form rammed into the Goblin. Letting out a savage howl was a furious Man-Wolf.
"JOHN!! NO!!" JJ called out.

I killed a younger you, let's try and see if age makes it easy." Osborn said as he stepped off of the twisted form of Deadpool. "He killed..." John turned. "And he is...no...KEEP AWAY FROM MY FATHAAAAARRROOOOOOOO." John's clothes exploded as a white wolfen form rammed into the Goblin. Letting out a savage howl was a furious Man-Wolf. "JOHN!! NO!!" JJ called out. The resident Goblin turned around and saw the Ultimate Goblin. "Say, don't I know you from someplace?" said the Goblin to... the other Goblin. JJ tries to free himself, but the web is too strong. Mortimer stood up when John turned into Man-Wolf. "AHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAA!!!" laughed Mortimer as he charged toward Man-Wolf. The Rosenthals were instantly stunned by the blast. Felicia looked at Spider-Bot and gave him an A-OK sign. "If only we all had stun blasters like you." said Felicia. Lisa was webbing Debra and Patty. Peter then looked around the hall. "Oh, Beeeeeen... we got probleeeeeeems." said Peter with a singsong tone. Suddenly, Betty grabbed a club and went to Peter, Barbera and Dave. "Oh, shit!!!" said Dave. "She's pissed!!!" "Now, Betty... I know you're pissed, but please, we've been friends for a long time... so maybe if you could put that club down we could talk." said Peter. "HAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAA!!!" laughed Betty. Peter turned to Barbera. "See, I cheered her up... WHOA!!!" yelled Peter as he was almost hit by the club before evading it. "But now, I think she wants treats from the three piñatas in this room!!!" "Parker, ya lousy clown!!!" yelled Barbera. "Let's git outta here!!!" "Love to oblige you, Captain... but she is blocking the only way out... unless you're suicidal and want to try the window." said Peter with a casual tone. Barbera facepalmed at this. Death went to Deadpool and started patching him up. "Now... take it easy... this will hurt... a lot." said Death with a soothing tone as she started twisting Deadpool back into place. |

Two portals open in front of the Jamesons and a web line is fired, aimint to trip them. "Sorry I'm late." Warp Spider jumped in, diving for the resident Osborn. "Back to the nuthouse Norman."
"I am the better you. I am another you." Ultimate Goblin turned. "Now...stand aside Whelp." He back handed John before raising his hand. "Burn."
His hand was suddenly engulfed in web.
"Impact Webbing for the win." Ben Reilly said as he and Venom showed up.
"Two Goblins? Is Warren branching out or is he one of yours?" Venom asked.
"No. That one is the enemy Eddie. He killed his Spider-Man, a 16 year old Spider-Man. Also...it won't. Right now...I feel nothing from the scalp down. So ha...and there it is....AAHHHHHHHHHHH!!!" Wade called out.
"A child?" Venom snarled. "CHILDREN ARE OUT OF BOUNDS MONSTER!!" Venom roared and jumped, only to be headbutted as Norman began to burn the webbing aside.
"Y'all ask, Ah provide." Spider-Rogue aimed the top of her wrist and a dart fired. It was a stun dart, which could deliver a shock strong enough to slow Rhino. "Mah weird day of absorbin' both Otto and Kraven lead to some breakthroughs."
"Nerve strikes could work too. Do you know where to hit?" Spider-Bot asked Felicia.
