"OR what? You will bleed more?" Talos asked him. "You are trapped, bound. What can you do?"
"Not shapeshift for one. But I am human. What's your excuse?" Starshooter looked up and him and smiled. "Poor man with a knock off Infinity Gauntlet trying to look big because Titannus and Flaw got better gifts than you when your god decided to make you all in his non changing image. Is that Is Talos? You a poor man's Kly'bn now?"
"You don't speak his name in VAIN!!" Talos got up and smacked him across the face.
"Your God...I've ran with better Gods than some poser with spiky arms and some constantly form shifting old lady." Starshooter smiled. "Congrats motherfucker, you made Scientology look less embarassing."
Talos sneered. "Torturer, leave her. Make this one sing."
"Got a request? I know a lot of songs. Wanna hear Creedence Clearwater? Some Garfunkel?" Starshooter smiled. "Come on wimp...do it. I'm right here."

Starshooter smiled. "I said any time now. Tell me...are all Skrull limp wristed or just this guy? I got a piece of advice. Go to your room...look up a pic of someone you find attractive and *THWACK*" Talos backhanded him again. "I SAID SHUT UP HUMAN TRASH!!" He turned. "HARDER, LIKE HE WAS A BLUE SKIN KREE BASTARD." The torturer started whipping him harder, thinking about a Kree being in his place. However, the Skrull audience was getting impatient. They started spitting on and humilliating Miss Marvel. "I deserve this... for failing everyone..." said Carol sadly. One of the Skrulls in the audience walked to Miss Marvel and slapped her in the face. Others started punching and kicking her. Miss Marvel had flashes of her allies and friends being killed and started crying as she was being slapped, punched, kicked and spit on. |

"I SAID LEAVE HER ALONE..." Starshooter strained on the chain holding his Cybernetic arm, and as the whip came...it broke off at the wrist. Starshooter let the whip wrap around the stump. He quickly jerked him back and when the torturer got close, he impaled him.
"What...what in the name of the Emperor..." Talos stepped back. "Why do something so..." He then looked in horror as the stump was pulled out...and not as smaller as before.
"Arm is a wedding gift. Made from the same tech as a Kree Sentry." He said as it quickly regrew. "Oh and...by the by...I think I kept you distracted long enough for my OTHER ally to arrive." Starshooter said as the ceiling exploded, and a caped, fully armored figure dived in, wielding a massive sword.
"SKRULLS...I AM SOLARBLADE, I AM YOUR DEMISE." The being said as he floated there.
"What...you dare?" The Neo Skrull turned his flesh to diamond. "What is that?" He lunged for the new figure, who turned into fire and rushed at him.
"Your worst Nightmare upgraded. The legacy of Starblade." Starshooter then held up a hand. He smiled as one of his gun literally flew through a wall and into his hand. "You think this is my first Rodeo son? I was raised by the Guardians. The Skrullbane included. Now...Talos...tell your horde to back off or else you better hope the Laughter Gem can regrow your cajones, which I got in my sights." He said, cocking the hammer back. "Please...test my fucking reflexes. I DARE you."

"Thank... god..." said Carol, weakened and still broken psychologically. She then teared up. She felt disgraced and dishonored. Before Rogue absorbed her powers, Carol was quite confident and tough, but ever since Rogue released her and brought her back, her mind had taken a turn for the worse. She just started becoming more and more prone to nervous breakdowns, panic attacks and emotional outbursts. This last bit of abuse from the Skrulls was enough to cause a relapse. |

"Mom...get up. We need you. If you don't get back to yourself...we'll be killed." Starshooter said as he blasted himself free. He held up his free hand and his other gun flew into it. He then quickly raised both as Talos went to fire a shot and got him dead on in the gut with a pair of water shots. "You get to live longer to suffer more Bitchface."
Solarblade was firing blast after blast of fire around Neo Skrull. "Burn up Fool."
But all it took was a blast of ice to dispel the flames, melting and dissipating the flames with the water. "I will cut you to ribbons."

She was having trouble staying on foot. "So... much... things... my head... it's... spinning..." said Carol as she kept trying to get up. She was tearing up as she hallucinated. She saw her clone killing Mar-Vell, Peter, Carl, Dr. Kafka, everyone she cared about. She couldn't get rid of these visions. They were driving her insane. She then let out a painful shrieking scream due to all the horrible visions she had. |

"You know he does not let his own down. Neither do I. But I need you to stand with me. Can you do that?" "I... I must... I..." said Carol, still struggling. "AAAAAAAGGGGHHHH!!! NO!!! DON'T... THEY'RE... MY FRIENDS!!!" Carol was trying to repress her inner darker traits, but the hallucinations she was getting were too stressful. She then started firing beams at the Skrulls. The Skrulls started running away with fear. She then looked at Starshooter. "Please... don't let... Mar-Vell... get near me... I..." said Carol, afraid of hurting the man she loved. |

"Agreed." Starshooter's eyes sparkled with power as he sent a powerful charge through The Neo Skrull. "I live this way. I am strong right now because I stand with you. With Sasha...with my Rangers. Carol, this is what you need, the bonds of comrades. This is your answer."
Neo writhed and forced himself out. "D...damn you." he then quickly fled.
Talos was also running now.
"We fight as one." Starshooter looked at the fuel leaking from his palm. "No matter what it takes."

"I must go with the man I love..." |
