History: Dr. Steve Perry was a respected scientist and medic working with the LA Research Team. Jen Walters used to do medical check-ups with him. A charming man, Perry had a well-hidden secret deep down... the fact that he was actually a top-ranking agent of Hydra - The Supreme Hydra.
At first, it was thought that former Hydra agent Jasper Bryn was the Supreme Hydra, but after Perry's identity was discovered, all charges against Bryn were dropped.
However, Perry managed to escape from prison and he is now set on taking revenge against the one that revealed his identity to the public: The She-Hulk.
