Image/Appearance:
History: Rogue's past was the same as most, except for when it came time to steal the power of Carol Danvers. in her world, Spider-Man was an Avenger and he got in the way at the crucial moment, Rogue grabbing and exposed part of his skin and copying his power...for good. Peter fell into a coma and she...became him. Soon after Peter was seemingly killed in a hospital by the Kingpin. Trying to cope with the adjustment, Rogue felt compelled to do the right thing. She abandoned the Brotherhood, put on a makeshift Spider-Man suit and went after Kingpin. Due to her powers she was able to beat him down by copying Bullseye's skill.
Soon after she got ahold of herself and approached allies of Spider-Man and explained everything. Especially how now...she was now both Rogue and Peter. Rather than condemn her for something she regretted, and...to basically now condemn Peter...Captain America and Reed Richards agreed to send her to the X-Men for help. There Anna Marie got all the help she needed, learning even to control her powers due to Peter's willpower in her. Mastering all of her, Spider-Rogue became a top X-Man.
And then came tragedy. Mystique's Brotherhood were working alongside Magneto's when a Sentinel raid struck, killing Pyro, Destiny, Commando and rendering Mystique comatose. After some study it was determined she would never wake up, and she had intel needed to stop Magneto and, try as they might, neither Jean nor Xavier could get past her mental blocks. Making a tough call, Anna Marie placed a hand on her mother to try and copy enough to Learn what they needed, but something kept her hand on Mystique until she too was permanently absorbed into her daughter. In her mind Raven revealed it was a post hypnotic suggestion from Mastermind that she paid for. She tried to take control, but she didn't account for Peter stopping her.
Taking control of herself, Rogue helped the X-Men win the day, but was not stuck with a problem and a gift. From then on, she seemed to be able to retain knowledge of people she absorbed. While it was more intuitive in her ability to recall, the more she copied, the greater her technical prowess grew. But the issue is that now...Raven was in her, waiting to get out.
Rogue was then recruited into the Multiversal Web Warriors to try and stop the game so it does not destroy everything that is.
Equipment: Web Shooters: Spider-Rogue has web shooters built into her suit to allow her to fire webs. While she can swing, due to her anti Grav Belt she usually uses this for fighting.
Anti Grav Belt: Made after she copied the memories of the Wingless Wizard himself, Spider-Rogue copied his anti grav tech to make a belt that is able to coat her in anti Gravitons, allowing her to fly up to 50 mph. The belt is internalized in her suit now as one time it was torn off in an aerial fight with her Venom.
Glasses: Her shades were made from copying Hank Pym and Reed Richards. They have scanners that are able to detect dimensional disturbances, motion, and scan her foes biometrics and such to figure out what they are.
Spider Bits: inspired from copying the beetle, Rogue can open out a pouch contain micro spider bots that can tear through reinforced doors and such. Often used when stealth is on order
Spider-Bombs: Loosely inspired by Norman Osborn, Rogue uses non lethal and smaller golf ball sized gas bombs and web bombs based on the Pumpkin bomb mechanics.
Spider-Rogue Suit: Her suit is made out of a combination of unstable molecules and nano mesh weave. It is bulletproofed and is able to protect her from various temperatures. It also enhances her strength to be able to lift 20 tons and support it.
Powers:
Her copy , shapeshifting and Spider powers are the normal Rogue, Mystique and Spider-Man. Her only difference is that due to her power and Mystique's she is able to retrain the intelligence of people she copies in some form.
Abilities: She has all of Spider-Man and Mystique's combat ability and stealth techniques. She has retained the wisdom of the Wizard, Hank Pym, Beast anda bit of Reed Richards.
Weaknesses: Spider-Rogue sometimes needs time to sort through all the knowledge she retained and recall it. She needs flesh to flesh contact to absorb powers. Mystique taking control is always a risk. Her powers have the same limitations as Spidey and Raven.
Trivia:
- She regrets needing to copy her mother's memory. She should have known Mystique was ready to force a permanent bond in case of a situation like her coma.
- Due to absorbing a man and a bisexual female, it is safe to say Rogue has issues identifying what she wants in a relationship.
- the voices for Peter and Raven are for slips or mental situations...or if she morphs into them.
