History: Gabriel Stacy is the son of Gwen Stacy and Peter Parker. He also has a twin sister named Sarah.
Gwen Stacy was going to give news of her pregnancy to Peter Parker. Unfortunately, the Green Goblin had overheard her pondering about it, got to Gwen first and captured her. Before Gwen's tragic demise at the George Washington Bridge, the Goblin took her to Oscorp and removed the embryo from her, placing it in a special artificial uterus and injecting it with his own Goblin formula.
However, while the Goblin fought against Spider-Man, the reality-displaced Dr. Julius Moon stole the uterus and examined it. There were twins inside, and their growth had been accelerated.
Moon sensed an opportunity here and allowed the twins to reach the equivalent of twenty-four years of age before injecting them with his own age acceleration stopping formula. The formula immediately stopped their aging, and unlike Moon's clones, who had to use the serum every week, Sarah and Gabriel were now aging at a normal rate.
Both Sarah and Gabriel had the same kind of appearance as their father Peter. They tried to escape from Moon, but Spider-Carnage managed to take Gabriel back while Sarah ran away.
Moon brainwashed Gabriel and is now controlling his every move. He has even programmed him to kill his own sister if she gets in the way.

Superhuman Strength - Thanks to he Goblin Formula in his blood, Gabriel can easily overpower humans by lifting them up with one hand or by hurling them around. He and can also lift extremely heavy objects, crush and break through wood panels and templates, bend metal, and can punch through glass without gaining injury.
Superhuman Speed - Gabriel can run and operate at superhuman speeds.
Superhuman Stamina - Gabriel can operate or maintain his movements for up to a day without exhausting himself.
Superhuman Durability - The formula also fortified all of Gabriel's bodily tissues, making them far tougher and more resistant to injury than normal humans. While Gabriel can be injured by something along the lines of a knife or small conventional bullets composed of conventional material, he is very resistant to great impact forces and blunt trauma. He can withstand powerful impacts, such as falling from several stories or being repeatedly struck by a superhuman enemy, that would severely injure or kill a normal human with little to no injury to himself.
Regenerative Healing Factor - If Gabriel does sustain injury, his body's increased metabolism allows him to heal damaged tissue much faster and more extensively than a normal human is capable of. While not nearly as efficient as the healing powers possessed by Wolverine, he can heal from injuries that would prove lethal to an ordinary human.
Superhuman Agility - Gabriel's agility, balance, and bodily coordination are enhanced to levels beyond the natural physical limits of the finest human athlete.
Superhuman Reflexes - His reflexes are similarly enhanced and are superior to those of the finest human athlete.
Spider Physiology - Gabriel possesses the proportionate powers of a spider. It grants him superhuman strength, speed, toughened flesh, and numerous arachnid-like abilities. That mutation granted him an "enhanced chromosome pattern".
Wall-Crawling - Gabriel also inherits his father Peter's ability to mentally control the flux of inter-atomic attraction (electrostatic force) between molecular boundary layers. This overcomes the outer electron shell's normal behavior of mutual repulsion with other outer electron shells and permits the tremendous potential for electron attraction to prevail. The mentally controlled sub-atomic particle responsible for this has yet to be identified. This ability to affect the attraction between surfaces is so far limited to Gabriel's body (especially concentrated in his hands and feet) and another object, with an upper limit of several tons per finger.
Superhuman Speed - Gabriel is capable of running and moving at speeds that are far beyond the natural physical limits of the finest human athlete. Gabriel has shown to be fast enough to catch up to an accelerating car while on foot. Gabriel moves faster than the eye can follow, he has even moved so fast he appears as a blur.
Contaminant Immunity - Gabriel has a higher tolerance for drugs and diseases than normal humans, and he can recover from the effects of larger doses rapidly.
Superhuman Equilibrium - Gabriel possesses the ability to achieve a state of perfect equilibrium in any position imaginable. He seems able to adjust his position by instinct, which enables him to balance himself on virtually any object, no matter how small or narrow.
Superhuman Reflexes - Gabriel's reflexes are similarly enhanced and are currently about forty times greater than those of an ordinary human. In combination with his spider-sense, the speed of his reflexes allows him to dodge almost any attack, or even gunfire, given sufficient distance. Gabriel has even been shown in some cases, to be able to dodge gunfire using just his reflexes without her Spider-Sense.
Spider-Sense - Gabriel possesses an extrasensory "danger" or "spider" sense which warns him of potential immediate danger by the manifestation of a tingling sensation in the back of his skull, and links with his superhuman kinesthetics, enabling him to evade most any injuries, unless he cognitively overrides his automatic reflexes.
Pixie/Gremlin Dust - The Grey Goblin's gremlin dust can be used to turn others into creatures as ugly and grotesque as he is. The creatures will obey all his commands, but they will revert to their normal forms once he reverts back to normal.
