History: Noah Boddy is a brilliant scientist who has somehow found a way to make himself invisible.
His first order of business after becoming invisible was to take revenge on J. Jonah Jameson for ridiculing his theories of invisibility. He managed to frame Jameson twice, but all it did was to make Jameson to think Spider-Man did it. Enraged, Boddy decided to go to the Bugle and wreak havoc around it in order to scare off Jameson and make him retract his statements.
However, his plans were foiled by Spider-Man. Now, Boddy is determined to get revenge on Spider-Man. He is also planning to recruit other villains to aid him in his mission for revenge.
Equipment: Handgun
Powers: Boddy has the power of invisibility thanks to a machine he created. The machine de-materialized him and now, he walks around New York without being seen. The machine was destroyed after their first encounter, so now, Boddy can't go back to normal (something he doesn't want to do) unless the machine is reconstructed or someone comes up with another means to make him visible again.
Abilities: Boddy is an excellent scientist and inventor. He is also a brilliant strategist and leader.
Weaknesses: Mortal.
