History: Teresa Parker was the daughter of CIA agents Richard and Mary Parker, and the younger sister of Peter Parker. Many years following the deaths of Richard and Mary, Teresa was personally recruited into the CIA by Nick Fury. Teresa's true parentage became a mystery, even for her.
After various missions, Teresa decided she needed a fresh start and left the CIA to join SHIELD and at this time, Fury handed over the files of Richard and Mary Parker's missions. In here was the solid proof that she WAS their daughter and thus Spider-Man's sister. However, Fury told her to keep this a secret from everyone, which Teresa reluctantly accepted.
She was also offered a spot with an AU Peggy Carter on a SHIELD branch devoted to studying the temporal phenomenon. Teresa serves as Peggy's #2 in their division. However, she was also assigned to put a tail on a girl named Sarah Benedict, who bears a striking resemblance to her brother Peter. If Fury is right about Sarah, then it could mean that she'll have even more secrets to keep from her brother.
Equipment: The Exo-7 Falcon is a jet pack with retractable wings. It provides a light weight and highly versatile alternative to parachutes in combat environments and was used by Sam Wilson in the Middle East in service of the U.S. Air Force. Although designed for a single operator, the Exo-7 Falcon provides enough thrust to support the weight of two men for a brief period of time. It is equipped with a tightly packed backup parachute that can be manually deployed in the event of a system failure with the jet pack and wing assembly. This is a replica made for Teresa with Sam Wilson's consent.
Teresa also carries a pair of laser rifles capable of blasting through an armor car's side. They also come with a stun feature to disable foes she doesn't want to blast.

Abilities: Teresa is a trained CIA and SHIELD agent, mastering many forms of armed and unarmed combat, infiltration methods and sabotage.
Weaknesses: Mortal. Sometimes, she tends to get depressed about keeping a lot of things secret from her brother, and she knows that if she ever tells him the truth, it could either leave Peter in a state of depression, or make him explode with rage and turn against SHIELD. She is also asthmatic and allergic.

-Teresa doesn't really like tailing Sarah. It just makes her feel like she's spying on her own family.
-Teresa has kneed Roy Earle in the nuts for calling her a broad and mouthing off when she gave him orders.
