History: Mary Jane Watson was lured into a trap and ended up in the clutches of the ruthless Dr. Julius Moon. Moon took a sample of MJ's blood and proceeded to place it in his incubator.
When the clone awoke, the first thing it did was to scoff at the real Mary Jane. She felt she was superior in every way, and was ready to discredit her name and make her friends distrust her. However, her real target is Peter Parker. Knowing that Peter does trust MJ, she can use this trust to her advantage and kill him.
Spider-MJ has the party animal traits of Mary Jane upped to 110%. However, she is also an incredibly deranged and maniacal killer. Her enemies' screams of agony are music to her ears, but she rather prefers to see the real Mary Jane suffer and scream while her friends are taken down one by one.

Spider Physiology - MJ's powers are similar to those of Peter Parker, due to her DNA being mixed with Spider-Carnage's blood.
Wall-Crawling - MJ's exposure to the mutated spider venom in Spider-Carnage's blood induced a mutagenic, cerebellum-wide alteration of her engrams resulting in the ability to mentally control the flux of inter-atomic attraction (electrostatic force) between molecular boundary layers. This overcomes the outer electron shell's normal behavior of mutual repulsion with other outer electron shells and permits the tremendous potential for electron attraction to prevail. The mentally controlled sub-atomic particle responsible for this has yet to be identified. This ability to affect the attraction between surfaces is so far limited to MJ's body (especially concentrated in her hands and feet) and another object, with an upper limit of several tons per finger.
Superhuman Strength - MJ possesses superhuman strength enabling her to press lift approximately ten tons.
Superhuman Speed - MJ is capable of running and moving at speeds that are far beyond the natural physical limits of the finest human athlete.
Superhuman Stamina - MJ's advanced musculature produces less fatigue toxins during physical activity than an ordinary human. This allows her to exert herself physically for much longer periods of time before fatigue begins to impair her.
Superhuman Durability - MJ's body is physically tougher and more resistant to some types of injury than the body of a normal human. Her body is more resistant to impact forces than anything else. She can withstand great impacts, such as falling from a height of several stories or being struck by an opponent with super strength, that would severely injure or kill a normal human with little to no discomfort.
Superhuman Agility - MJ's agility, balance, and bodily coordination are all enhanced to levels that are far beyond the natural physical limits of the finest human athlete.
Superhuman Equilibrium - MJ possesses the ability to achieve a state of perfect equilibrium in any position imaginable. She seems able to adjust her position by instinct, which enables her to balance herself on virtually any object, no matter how small or narrow.
Superhuman Reflexes - MJ's reflexes are similarly enhanced and are possibly about 40 times greater than those of an ordinary human. In combination with her spider-sense, the speed of her reflexes allows her to dodge almost any attack even gun fire if far enough.
Spider-Sense - MJ has a sixth sense that typically alerts her to danger.
Abilities: Like the original MJ, this one is a skilled reporter and investigator. However, she is also an incredible hand-to-hand combatant and martial artist.
Weaknesses: Due to being one of Dr. Moon's clones, MJ has to inject herself with a special serum every week in order to live longer. If she doesn't, she will start aging as quickly as she was conceived and die due to the rapid aging.
