History: Mona Osborn is the niece of Norman Osborn, the Green Goblin, and the cousin of Harry Osborn.
She has no knowledge of her uncle's double identity. When she was once held captive by the Green Goblin, he reminded her of someone, but she didn't know it was her own uncle Norman.
Eventually, before the Goblin launched his attack on the hospital, he captured Mona and injected her with the Goblin Formula. Now, Mona can change between her beautiful self into a hideous Goblin creature that calls herself the Goblin Queen.

Thanks to the chemical composition of the Goblin Formula, Mona gained the following abilities...
Superhuman Strength - Mona can easily overpower humans by lifting them up with one hand or by hurling them around. She and can also lift extremely heavy objects, crush and break through wood panels and templates, bend metal, and can punch through glass without gaining injury.
Superhuman Speed - Mona can run and operate at superhuman speeds.
Superhuman Stamina - Mona can operate or maintain her movements for up to a day without exhausting herself.
Superhuman Durability - The formula also fortified all of Mona's bodily tissues, making them far tougher and more resistant to injury than normal humans. While Mona can be injured by something along the lines of a knife or small conventional bullets composed of conventional material, she is very resistant to great impact forces and blunt trauma. She can withstand powerful impacts, such as falling from several stories or being repeatedly struck by a superhuman enemy, that would severely injure or kill a normal human with little to no injury to herself.
Regenerative Healing Factor - If Mona does sustain injury, her body's increased metabolism allows him to heal damaged tissue much faster and more extensively than a normal human is capable of. While not nearly as efficient as the healing powers possessed by Wolverine, she can heal from injuries that would prove lethal to an ordinary human.
Superhuman Agility - Mona's agility, balance, and bodily coordination are enhanced to levels beyond the natural physical limits of the finest human athlete.
Superhuman Reflexes - Her reflexes are similarly enhanced and are superior to those of the finest human athlete.
Pixie/Gremlin Dust - Her gremlin dust can be used to turn others into creatures as ugly and grotesque as she is. The creatures will obey all her commands, but they will revert to their normal forms once the Goblin Queen reverts back to normal.
Abilities: Mona is a very skilled history and science student. Her scientific skills match those of her uncle Norman.
