History: Jackson Weele used to be an aeronautical engineer working for the government. However, after learning a lot about aeronautical equipment and practicing his timing, he decided to leave his job and gathered criminals to become part of his gang.
Now, under the name Big Wheel, Weele drives his new aeronautic wheel into battle, leading his gang and causing havoc around the city of New York.
Equipment: "Big Wheel" vehicle
Powers: His wheel has two dual-laser canons on each side and is made out of a special metallic alloy that is impervious to lasers and bullets.
Abilities: Weele is a skilled marksman, knife wielder, swordsman and hand-to-hand combatant. He is also a planner and is quite knowledgeable in the field of aeronautical engineering.
Weaknesses: Sometimes overrates himself a lot.
