History: The Spymaster is a saboteur, planner and smuggler of unknown origins.
He and his henchman, Cosmos, once tried to steal the Solar Crystalizer from the army. He almost succeeded, if it weren't for the interference of the creature known as the Incredible Hulk.
They were arrested by the MPs, but they soon managed to escape. Now, they're still keeping track of the army's new weapons systems in order to see if there's anything worth stealing in order to sell it to the highest bidder.
Spymaster is a cool, collected and smooth individual. Cosmos is dim-witted, absent-minded and dumb.

Powers: N/A
Abilities: The Spymaster is a shrewd businessman as well as a brilliant strategist, tactician and sharpshooter. Cosmos is a very capable driver and hand-to-hand combatant. They both are also experts in disguise.
