History: Arthur Dearborn was a scientist working for the Roxxon Energy Corporation. He suffered from a deadly disease that he wiped out with a unique form of microwave energy. The treatment's side effects included the ability to transform into Sunturion, and an uncontrollable emitting of radiation, deadly to all others around him. The Star Well station was created to be his sanctuary and was targeted by A.I.M. causing Iron Man to help Sunturion defend it. Ultimately, Dearborn/Sunturion sacrificed himself stopping the Star Well station from crashing into New York city.
Instead of dying though, Dearborn's microwave energy was dissipated over the Gulf of Mexico where the Star Well splashed down. Roxxon eventually developed technology to reintegrate his body. He was reassembled to take out Stratosfire, who had been empowered using microwaves in a similar manner.
Sunturion proved to be stronger than Stratosfire, draining her energy. Roxxon then tried to use a 'Zed Control' ray to regain control of Stratosfire. Arthur intervened and apparently exhausted his power in doing so. Arthur went back to work for Roxxon as a researcher. He briefly regained his powers due to the Ghost.
Fairly recently, he has been affected by microwave radiation again and regained his abilities to transform into Sunturion, he is currently trying to seclude himself so as not to harm anyone else.

Powers:
Flight - Sunturion can fly throughout space, maintaining complete control over his body movements.
Microwave blasts - Dearborn is capable of projecting superheated microwave energy in concussive blasts that can burn his opponents.
Absorption - Absorbs microwaves and other solar-based radiation to replenish his own energy.
Phasing - Sunturion can phase through solid objects by entering a translucent state.
Teleportation - He can instantaneously warp from one area to another.
Holograms - Sunturion can create holograms to deceive his enemies.
Abilities: Basic hand-to-hand combat skills.
Weaknesses: In his normal form, Dearborn is quite frail and weak.
