History: Born the son of Doctor Octopus and an unknown woman, Lazlo Octavius inherited his father's mind and guile. Seeking to pick up where Otoo left off before his premature demise during a battle with Spider-Man and Kaine, he took up his father's final Moniker of Superior Octopus and built a suit based on his studies of his foes and mixing it with the Tentacles of his Father's, which he has removed from Octavius's body before his funeral and cybernetically installed into him, so as to keep a part of Otto alive with him.
He then willingly traveled back in time after conducting a raid on the Baxter Building and activating Doom's Time Platform, seeking to form his own team to perhaps save his Father and kill any trace of Spider-Man off. He made a deal with newly formed Alchemax to help them in exchange for financial aide and a lab. He then broke the iguana, a reptile test subject of Dr. Connors, out of confinement, and hired on the Daughters of Electro, Sandman and Mysterio as well as the brother of the original Hobgoblin to form the Insidious Six, his tribute to the Sinister Six.
Equipment: Superior Octopus Suit: Reinforced to take small firearm shots and bladed weapons with no damage. It grants him fair protection from inpact blows, allowing him to take a shot from Spider-Man and keep going. It also grants him the ability to life 2 tons on his own.
Tentacles: Grafted to his body, the arms are Octavius' non Adamantium limbs and function the same as in his bio.
Powers: Cybernetic Augmentation: Using nanomachines to convert his nervous system into a techno organic living computer. His mind can process information at an alarming rate, thinking a superhuman speeds. His reaction time is more than a match to catch punches by Spider-Man and can land a punch or two in spite of his Spider Sense. His eidetic memory has been enhanced by the fact that his eyes literally can record anything they see. not only that but with a thought he can adjust his eyesight to see in infra Red and night vision.
He has also reinforced his joints, tendons and ligaments with Nanomachine conversion, allow him him better movement and flexibility without fear of muscle damage.
Camouflage: his mutant power allows him to cloak himself in a field that makes him appear as the surface he is touching, like an octopus. It is enough to fool even Spider-Man's Spider sense. Thoughif one looks hard enough he can spot this. The field can only cover his body, tentacles and all.
Skill: Lazlo is gifted in genetics, robotics, and physics.

- Lazlo wants Peter Parker dead as well, can't leave out anyone tied to his Father's fall.
- Lazlo regards his father's allies with some respect, as he was raised by the Rhino and Mysterio after Otto's death.
- He purposefully picked the lesser Kingsley so as to ensure the one man older than him would be one he could control.
