History: When Sinister learned of the Jackal/Moon Clone feud he was amused. While both second rate fools had ideas that had merit...they never realized the perks of doing both. Moon was making copies of Spider-Man's allies and giving a few Spider-Man powers to discredit him and Jackal was enhancing Spider-Men with the powers of others. Sinister decided: Why not both? At the same time he was approached by Lazlo Octavius, future son of Otto, who wanted his own Spider-Clone. Seeing this as a win/win he agreed to the job.
So, using his shapeshifting powers he took the place of someone at Ravencroft and got a DNA sample of Harry Osborn and was given a sample of Spider-Man's DNA taken from a fight. He then picked several Mutant DNA samples and injected the hybrid with the DNA of Sabretooth, Mister X, Cypher, and Gambit...a genetic Sinister Six as he called it. With this mix of powers he made the Sinister Spider-Man and gave him to Lazlo to offer up to Rose in a bid for loyalty. There is a cavet as Sinister himself is also owed favors, something the new Harry is willing to get for his Father.
Equipment: Spider Suit: A suit made out of Unstable Molecules (You would be amazed at how easy it is for Sinister to steal things sometimes), this suit is extremely durable and is completely fireproofed (as it was seemingly a stolen suit of Johnny's).
Web Shooters: Customized Web Shooters that allow Harry to channel Gambit's power into the webs for explosive effect, otherwise operates the same as any other.
Powers: He posses the combined power sets of Harry Osborn, Peter Parker, Victor Creed, Mister X, Remy Lebeau and doug Ramsey and all his powers have the same strengths and weakenesses therein, the only ones that need to be explained are overlapping power sets which will have notable boosts.
Super Strength: Thanks to the genes of Harry, Peter and Creed, Sinister Spider-Man can lift 22 tons.
Healing Factor: Harry and Creed's genes give Sinsiter Spider-Man a healing factor that is somewhere between Wolverine and Deadpool's.
Telepathic immunity: Creed and Mister X's genes allow Sinsiter Spider-Man complete telepathic immunity.
Abilities: He is a highly skilled fighter, having used his telepathy he gained from Mister X and was trained in several styles akin to Gambit, Sabretooth, Spider-Man and Mister x from clones made to retain their muscle memory, as Sinister designed. He is also a gifted linguist thanks to Cypher's power and is a computer programming expert from them as well.
Weaknesses: Using Gambit's power on web lines runs risk of the explosion reaching him. While possessing varied powers, Sinsiter spider-Man is arrogant and canbe taken advantage of. Like his partner, heavy injuries can give him pause.
