History: The history of this Peter Parker is very similar to the one of this reality. However, when Gwen Stacy was killed in the George Washington Bridge, this Peter was permanently damaged. Unlike the mainstream one, he didn't just burn his Spider-Man outfit, but he also searched for a way to get rid of his powers permanently. He managed to do this by injecting himself with an age slowing serum.
He also changed his facial appearance completely so people would never again connect him with his previous life if they ever found out Peter Parker's secret, assuming the identity of Steven Lieber.
As Lieber, Peter started the Alchemax corporation to try and bring Gwen Stacy back to life. His company was brought into this reality by a higher power and he has made an alliance with Oscorp's current CEO, Weldon Gray.
Equipment: Pistol
Powers: His Spider-Man powers have been completely nullified by the age slowing serum he took, but he has gained an extended lifespan.
Skills: Seemingly those of the mainstream Peter Parker, but with far more experience, knowledge and increased intelligence.
Weaknesses: Mortal. Although he seems pretty ruthless, the mere mention of Gwen or just looking at a picture of her can break him down emotionally.
