LEADING THE ALCHEMAX TECHNO-GANG
History: In an alternate future, the Alchemax CEO (formerly Peter Parker) hired his best friend Dave Harrison to be one of his research scientists. Dave was the only person who knew Peter was Steven Lieber, the new CEO of Alchemax. However, an accident while experimenting with radioactivity almost killed Dave and left him crippled.
In order to save the life of the only person who stood by him to the end, the CEO implanted robotic components into Dave, turning him into a cybernetic warrior. Although he retains Dave's intelligence, his emotions are almost gone. Now known as the Cyber-Tech, he leads the Alchemax Techno-Gang into battle.
Equipment: The Cyber-Tech is heavily armed with advanced bio-armor and weaponry.
Powers: His bio-armor makes him bulletproof and gives him superhuman strength, durability and speed.
Abilities: The Cyber-Tech has all of Dave's skills. He is a brilliant scientist, inventor and radioactivity expert. He is also a very effective sharpshooter and hand-to-hand combatant.
Weaknesses: The Cyber-Tech's effectiveness can sometimes be compromised due to Dave's memories flashing in.
