History: Baron Von Rantenraven is a German pilot who commanded Sky Harbor, which he used to invade New York with World War I bi-planes. He uses paralyzing devices.
When World War II was over, Von Rantenraven was one of the many Nazis who went into hiding and planned to strike again in honor of the Fatherland. While in hiding, Von Rantenraven designed one of the most formidable weapons the Earth has seen - Sky Harbor. During the years that Sky Harbor was being built, Von Rantenraven oversaw the creation of his masterpiece, making sure that everything went perfectly and there weren't any weaknesses in the harbor.
Now, Sky Harbor is ready for the ultimate test and Baron Von Rantenraven is ready to show the amount of power he has in his fingertips.
Equipment: Paralyzing Rays, Sky Harbor
Sky Harbor is a large construct being carried by two giant blimps in the air. The harbor is composed of aerial hangars for the Baron's bi-planes and it also has a surveillance system to scan for any enemy units and signals. It's also armed with Gatling guns that can pop-up whenever the harbor is being attacked.
Powers: N/A
Abilities: Baron Von Rantenraven is a genius in the field of aviation, being able to design a whole harbor and oversee the construction so there isn't a hitch. He is also an incredible pilot and gunman.
Weaknesses: Mortal.
Trivia:
-He finds Skymaster to be quite pathetic. He just has a ship, whereas the Baron has a whole battalion in a flying harbor.
-He's 6' tall.
