History: Police officer and chopper pilot Lou Cornell is a man of many stories. He is the officer of interest in the NYPD due to his years of experience and service.
Cornell first started as a private back in World War II and took part in the D-Day landings in Normandy. He became a fighter pilot after training in the US Air Force and bombed many enemy bases and settlements during the Korean War. He was given the medal of honor for his bravery and action in the war effort.
After Korea, Cornell was asked to participate in the Vietnam War, but he refused, deciding to become a law enforcement agent and chopper pilot. Joining the NYPD, Cornell has piqued the interest of many young officers, including Zack Hanlon and Yuri Watanabe.
