History: Like in the mainstream reality, this Gwen Stacy was killed during a battle between the Green Goblin and Spider-Man. However, her death affected her reality's Peter even more than usual, not only making him burn the Spider-Man costume, but making him erase all trace of his powers and former existence.
Now, as the CEO, Peter managed to clone Gwen by using DNA taken from both Spider-Gwen and this reality's version of his wife Joyce Delaney, creating a sort of hybrid clone with both of their memories. But before they could start their lives all over again, Peter was killed by Silvermane as he tried to protect Gwen.
Distraught, Gwen decided to help Jane Delaney in the rebirth of Alchemax, to make it something that Peter would be proud of. But still, she feels emptiness due to the loss of Peter, finally knowing how he felt when he lost her.
