History: The Fifth Avenue Phantom's origins are unknown. All that is known is that he could have been a stage or carnival performer once due to his showman flair.
The Phantom first terrorized the Fifth Avenue by using robot mannequins to steal things from shop windows. To do it, they shrunk them down and then brought them back to size once they were back at the Phantom's hideout. However, the Phantom's plans were foiled by Spider-Man.
Now, partnered with Mastermind, the Maestro of Illusion, the Phantom plans to take revenge on Spider-Man and anyone who he considers a threat to his plans.
Equipment: Shadow Scope Glasses, Handgun, Various Laser Ray Devices.
The Phantom's Shadow Scope Glasses can create shadows that behave like the real thing they represent. He can also send them wherever he wants to do his bidding. If someone gets hit by the beam of the Glasses, they will become shadows for the rest of their existence. When he wears his Shadow Scope Glasses, the Phantom's vision is dimmed.
