History: Marty Prescott used to be a New York Police officer back when Captain George Stacy was still alive. He was one of the least respected officers and ended up being fired after beating up on a young boy who was in reality a fixer.
Angry at Stacy, Prescott developed a disdain for the Irish community. However, he hasn't shown any signs of being violent towards any Irish man or woman; at least, for now. He has just managed to survive by opening a liquor store, but inside this store, there are quite a lot of secrets that would raise many questions.
He has also started a secret gun running and drug dealing operation which hasn't been discovered by police.
