History: Raniero "Blackie" Drago was Adrian Toomes's prison cellmate. He tricked Toomes and stole the Vulture harness and costume which was recently rebuilt. He used the suit to make money through air piracy.
Blackie's first attempt at creating fear was when he attacked the city with an army of vultures controlled by a special hypnotic device built into the helmet of the suit. He held the city for ransom, but his plan was foiled by Spider-Man, who sabotaged his control over his vultures by placing a magnet on top of his helmet.
Blackie struck again shortly after, this time, stealing painting, jewels and furs from penthouses. However, he had an unexpected and rather loud witness - J. Jonah Jameson. He held Jameson hostage in his clocktower base and used him as a source of information for his crime spree. However, Spider-Man once again defeated him and saved J.J., but not before he said the magic word... "Please?"
Equipment: Vulture Suit
Powers: Blackie has no powers of his own but they are derived from his Vulture Wings.
Abilities: Blackie has some knowledge in technology and gadgetry. He is also a very skilled flier and thief.
Weaknesses: Mortal. Although somewhat knowledgeable about technology, he's not what you would call a genius.
