History: Frederick Foswell is a reporter with the Daily Bugle. Although he is responsible for a lot of the greatest scoops the Bugle has gotten, there is a shady side to this star reporter. No one is aware that Foswell is actually a career criminal who allies himself with crime bosses and tyrants.
He has allied himself previously with Silvermane, Wilson Fisk and Caesar Cicero. Now, Foswell is allied with the tyrannic Skymaster and reports any developments at the Bugle to Wardell Stromm, Skymaster's new chief scientist.
Foswell is quite adept with words. He can talk his way out of every situation and his reporting skills have gained him respect from his peers. However, this is all a facade, as he can be really deadly whenever he feels he is slighted. Whoever has found him snitching has never been seen alive again.
