History: Caesar Cicero, nicknamed Big C despite his short stature, is a member of Silvermane's Maggia family and the controlling crime boss of the south of the United States. He hopes to replace Silvermane as head of the family one day.
Somewhere in Upstate New York, Big C was called by Silvermane to form an alliance and take control of the Maggia. A while later, like all the New York City crime bosses, Caesar Cicero agreed to eliminate Don Fortunato.
Despite his stature, Cicero has quite an attitude and tends to be quite a bully towards his subordinates if they fail him.
