History: Penny Mitchell is a student at ESU. She secretly works as a detective when she isn't in class.
Penny always was a bit of a tomboy and loved watching police shows when she was younger. This has made her a big fan of using notepads and pistols. She has also helped the police without letting her friends know.
She is quite close to Peter Parker. She feels that Peter's more modest and shy demeanor is a nice change of pace from all the other ESU students, who mostly like to show-off and pull off stunts. Peter and Penny have known each other ever since they were small and they went to high school together along with fellow ESU student Dave Harrison.

Abilities: Penny's deductive skills are just as sharp as those of the most experienced detectives. She is also a good martial artist and hand-to-hand combatant. At sixteen, Penny studied psychology in school and is familiar with the power of suggestion and association. Penny is a fine painter, speaks French, and has frequently run motor boats. She is a skilled driver who at sixteen flashed into the garage with a skill born of long practice. Penny is also a sure shot, an excellent swimmer, skillful oarswoman, expert seamstress, gourmet cook and a fine bridge player. Penny brilliantly plays tennis and golf and rides like a cowboy. She dances like Ginger Rogers and administers first aid like the Mayo brothers.
