History: Paul Bennett is a student at ESU and a close ally of Penny Mitchell.
Originally from Los Angeles, Paul came to New York after graduating from high school and got a scholarship from ESU after building his own personal computer. Even as a little boy, Paul wondered about how computers worked and he always asked his father about them.
Whenever he can, he makes contact with Penny and guides her during the investigation, very similar to Punisher's Microchip. He can come up with gadgets that Penny can use in her detective work.
