History: Amanda Rosenthal is a student at ESU and she's also the daughter of businessman Herb Rosenthal, founder of Rosenthal Electronics.
Amanda knows that Peter Parker is Spider-Man, and decided to help him in his fight against crime, providing weapons created by either Rosenthal Electronics' staff or ESU student Dave Harrison. Amanda also communicates with Peter through a special comm unit she installed in his mask. She helps him with combat tactics and is always ready to lighten the mood with a quip.
Amanda is a fine, sophisticated lady. Extremely intelligent and smart as well as a natural leader.
