History: Shatterax was a Kree techno-warrior, first of a new breed of cyborg soldiers. He battled Iron Man of the Avengers during the Kree/Shi'ar War. He was later added to the Kree Starforce. Steadfast and loyal, Roco-Bai Serves as the right hand man to Ultimus, Commander of the Starforce. He was the one to have brought down Starblade when he turned on the Empire and nearly killed him. Though beaten back by Space Thor, Shatterax is not deterred and is eager to kill the traitor. He was the one to recommend replacing him with his sister, the newly minted Starspear.
Equipment: He could also build up his power for a "neuron wave barrage," which discharged an especially powerful blast. He also had advanced sensors that could see through even advanced forms of stealth technology.
Powers: Shatterax could survive unaided in the vacuum of space, fly, possessed superhuman strength (class 50?), and had the ability to shoot strong energy blasts
