1) To start, you get 10 canons, 10 OC's, 4 Cosmic Beings, 1 Cosmic God. I will trust you to do your research and see who goes where. Just to give some bars to judge:
Canons: The likes of Hulk and Thor push the boundaries to the maximum of how strong one must be to qualify.
OC's: Anyone non canon that is not a cosmic being or God.
Cosmic Beings: If they are in the Ballpark of Silver Surfer, Thanos, Scarlet Witch, or Grandmaster.
Cosmic God: Anyone Galactus level ish. This is a list of many of them here:
Now there will also be Cilvians. They are unlimited, with one exception:
These people are your normals. I will allow normal cops and such...so long as they are not canon, but you get into decked out soldiers or Code: Blue...that's a canon. Also this is the place for non combat oriented scientists.
Now do not go insane and claim 50 soldiers. This is meant more for like...family like MJ and Aunt May. But I want to allow for something more.
2) You got 2 weeks from the claim date to do the bio. Claim slow, claim wise and please play them.
3) Expansions happen at my leisure. I give them out sometimes with a plan, sometimes a guy might make such an awesome post that I gift them a thing.
4) No links that depicts graphic nudity or gore. if your theme song of voice link contains NSFW language, post a (NSFW) beside it. Or else HE will get you.
5) You can make Oc children of players so long as:
a) You control at least 1 parent
b) Any parent from another player gives consent
c) You need to clear anything fancy like Uru Hammers, adamantium bonding and Vibranium mesh skin underweave such with the staff. That does not grow on trees.
6) Your OC Ghost Rider is not stronger than Johnny Blaze. OC's will start of weaker. As you play, their power grows.
7) Your OC will not be anything that does not fit into canon slots. Cosmic Oc's are not viable yet.
8) Details are important. Just...don't skimp on power limits, weaknesses and such.
9) Do shoot for the 616 versions as the base version, though I can work with specifics, if you want Teen Kristoff, Eidolon War Machine or...whatever in canon costume, age or power set you want.
10) If you want to use an AU version of a canon as an OC, check with us. Ultimate Universe, Age of Apocalypse people...they tend to be canon. I can let Magnaverse slide. But do list the AU you took the pic from.
11) So long as the variant is not Canon...you can claim a canon such. Like i did claiming Blob if he accepted the offer to join the X-Men.
12) Amalgams will not be allowed as they are. As kid fodder...maybe, so long as they don't come off too DC.
13) You can sacrifice 2 Oc slots for a canon slot, or 3 Canon slots for an OC. We promote Canons first, hence the higher cost.
14) Transformers and GI JOE are not viable, sorry.
15) If their power set is symbiotic like Fenris, Hammer and Anvil or an animal sidekick like Falcon and Redwing, they occupy one slot, but each must be apped separately.
