In the van, Chase Stein has been driving for quite some time and with little sleep. He had been driving all the way from LA. Some of the other occupants were Nico Minoru (who was sitting beside Victor Mancha, with her head on his shoulder), Gertrude Yorkes (who was holding Molly Hayes on her lap as she slept), Karolina Dean (who was in the back, sleeping in case Chase got too tired to drive) and... a rather scrawny looking Peter Parker (who couldn't sleep well because of recurring nightmares he was having and voices he heard). Above the van, a rather attractive robot was flying. This was Jocasta. Originally designed to be a bride for Ultron, she rebelled against him and tried to help the Avengers. However, she ran away after thinking that they would be better off without her. And despite finding new friends in the Runaways, she can't help but feel loneliness.

Victor suddenly stiffed. "What is this...footage? That...that isn't..." Victor was catching footage of the fight at the hospital and was mortified at the Ultron seen there. He knew from a glance it was not his father. But then who was it. He tried to send a message to his niece, Viv, inquiring if she and Vision had seen this. "There is an issue in New York. Other Spider-Men...fighting...what appears to be alien life forms and...an Ultron not of this Earth." He looked upset. "Sister." He said to Jocasta. "Are you able to see what I am seeing?"

"Quiet!!! QUIET!!!" Peter then clutches his head. "Then I guess I have to burn rubber if we want to get to Manhattan... that's where the Hospital is located, right?" asked Chase. "From what I heard, yes." said Nico. "Shouldn't you let Kari take the wheel, Chase? You haven't slept for days." "Nah, don't want to interrupt her beauty rest." joked Chase. |

"Don't we know teleporters?" Victor asked. "If things are getting this bad...we need to hurry. IF that thing is deadlier than the Father I know...especially since he appears to be a simultaneous existence..." Victor was concerned as he kept watching.

I dunno anyone with that kinda power around here... but I guess we'll have to rely on Jocasta power. Yo, Casta!!! Could you grab the Funkmobile and fly it at top speed to Manhattan?" said Chase. "Gladly, Chase." said Jocasta as she grabbed the van and started flying it toward Manhattan. Chase then puts a cassette tape on the radio and presses play. He also started mouthing the lyrics. "Seriously? That is our fearsome jam?" remarked Nico, raising her eyebrow. "Hey, don't diss the Godfather of Soul!!!" said Chase before resuming with his lyric mouthing and "drum banging". A man driving below was drinking his coffee when he saw Jocasta carrying the van around the air while James Brown played at full volume. Jocasta looks at him and waves her hand casually. He waves back, as if it was something that happened every day, but he suddenly does a spit take a few seconds later and looks out. He then looks at his cup of coffee. "Man, this stuff is getting to me." said the driver before throwing the coffee out into the street. Another driver looked up and saw the same, but had a different reaction. "WHOOOAAAA!!! GNARLY PARADE BALLOON, DUDES!!!" said this driver, thinking there was a parade nearby. Jocasta sighed. "Should I be offended by being called a balloon?" said Jocasta. "Nah, remember that there are blow up dolls. Pretend you're one..." joked Chase. Jocasta sighed again. "Why do I bother opening my vocal unit?" |

He crossed his arms and pouted. Arachknight was looking out the window. His mouth seemed to be moving. He appeared to be mumbling something. He was hearing the voices inside him again. He just didn't know how to ignore them. |
