No... but I had to... everyone that I cared about in my previous life left me... the only ones who didn't abandon me were Gwen and Dave... Gwen died... and I had to turn Dave into a cyborg so I wouldn't lose him... if he had died... I would have nothing..." He looked at her, teary eyed. "Why are you still here? To keep opening the wounds I already have?" said the CEO. --- "No... I'm not okay... I harm everyone around me... I... let's just get the hell outta here." said Gwen sadly. |

Night Cat smiled. "You really don't recognize me...I'm not my Mother. She died because of a broken heart." She scoffed at him. "You really don't remember me...Dad. You're youngest child. I loved your mother... she helped me a whole lot, but when she found out, she left me... like most people did." He then wiped his tears. "You can hate me all that you want..." said the CEO. "You can harm me all that you want... but I would never harm you... not like I harmed your mother." He then started crying again, his guilt kicking in. "Please... leave me alone." said the CEO, the hopelessness radiating through his tone. --- Gwen started running with him. She was afraid. "Please... leave me..." said Gwen to Nanoweb. "Without the serum, I'll just die in a few days... I don't want to harm anyone else." She was truly suffering. |

"She did leave. but she didn't want to. She hung this suit up, gave up and waited to pass on...and she did. Odin's shocking beard Dad, Wade managed to talk his kid into letting him come to the Funeral in spite of their whole...thing." She shook her had. "Hell of a coming out..." She turned. "Oh and when Boone revives, tell him if his people bring another hallicinogen storm my way, Daze is gonna to lose his ability to walk."
She said as she stormed out.

Jane stepped out and turned to the two. "How's your face Karma?"
Karma stepped back. "Shock..."
"Jordan said she's on the no fire list too." Billy gulped.
She turned as she heard Gwen. "Not happenening Gwen, you dying is so 1970's. Richard. Pick her up. We're taking her to SPIDOC now." She said as she looked at some Alchemax guards. "Shoot the CEO's kid, I shocking DARE you."
The two looked at each other and raised their guns.
"Good. Now come on Nano. We're done here." Night Web said as she fired a coil.

Billy and Instant Karma burst into the room. "JACK!!!" Billy walked over. "Damn, neural stasis wrap. I hate being impressed." He then took out tools and began to go to work.
Instant Karma walked over to the CEO. "Not the way I every dreamed of meeting you. Are you ok?"

He wanted to erase any trace of Peter Parker in him... but that cost him dearly. He got rid of his powers, but it cost him Joyce. And now, his daughter was out there, fighting him. He needed love. He needed someone that could finally appreciate what he did, but all he had was nothing. He was empty inside. That is why he needed to clone Gwen. He looked at the blood sample he took from Spider-Gwen and decided to find a way to stabilize it. He sighed a bit. Cyber-Tech arrived and reported. "We managed to get away from the location undetected." said Cyber-Tech. "Good work, Da... Cyber-Tech." said the CEO, almost calling Cyber-Tech by his true name. Cyber-Tech just tilted his head in confusion. --- Gwen just kept crying and feeling guilt. She had hurt Peter twice. First, the one she knew, and then, this older one. She wondered if she could still live with herself after that. |

Peter, Joyce and Takuya were in the main hall of the Alchemax building.
"Man... what a layout." said Peter.
Suddenly, a man with a somewhat friendly look arrived.
"Ah, Mr. Parker and Miss Delaney... how good to see you. I am Dr. Nathaniel Murrow, scientific advisor of the Alchemax Corporation." said the man.
"Oh... good to meet you, Dr. Murrow." said Peter.
"And I see you brought another potential employee." said Murrow.
"Oh, this? This is our friend Takuya Yamashiro. He just came in to check the place out." said Peter.
"I see. Well, Mr. Lieber will be glad to meet you. Follow me to the elevator, please." said Murrow as he walked into the elevator.
Peter then whispered to Joyce.
"Think this place might be good for us?" asked Peter.

The wall in front of the burst open as Spider-Bot arrived. "Gwen...I have found you." He said as he looked. "You...a Spier-Man and...a Cat. Are you allies?"
"Yeah. If you are with her." Nanoweb said.
"I am the creation of Peter Parker." Spider-Bot said. "His son Harold Eugene Parker."
"Cool, I got a robo nephew." Nanoweb turned. "We need to go. I think our window is closing here."
"On it." Night Cat 2099 said. "Take her." She asked SPider-Bot. "I got flash bangs."
"I am one." Spider-Bot popped out a gunbarrel and two pods shot out. "Look outside and run." He said.
"Come on Gwen, we're out of here." Night Cat 2099 said to her.
"Someone is a hot head." Nanoweb fired a line and jumped.

Once the elevator stopped, two Techno-Gang troops grab Joyce while Cyber-Tech and another Techno-goon grab Takuya. Peter is hit in the back of the head by Prescott Bender. "Long time no see, Parker." said Bender. The CEO came in. "Take the girl to the lab and take her blood sample... but don't hurt her." said the CEO. The two Techno-goons holding Joyce take her to the lab. "Put this Japanese boy in the mind chamber... we have to erase his memory." said the CEO. "What about him?" said Murrow as he glanced at Peter. The CEO looks at Peter. His eye seems to twitch. His hatred for Peter Parker was so intense, hence why he decided to change his appearance. "Kill him... I can't stand the sight of him..." said the CEO, hating seeing what he once looked like. Bender took Peter away. The CEO walked back to the lab. "We have taken the sample, Mr. Lieber." said a Techno-goon. "Good... leave us alone... I need to talk to her." said the CEO. The two Techno-goons left the lab, leaving the CEO with Joyce. "I'm sorry I had to resort to this... but as you can see, I didn't harm you." said the CEO, trying to remain strong, even though it was hard, because this was the mother of his daughter after all. --- Gwen just lets Night Cat 2099 take her, she was just too emotionally despondent to resist. "Why?" uttered Spider-Gwen sadly. "Why do I keep hurting the people I love?" |

"Japanese Boy?" Takuya said, scoffing. He twisted in the hands of his attacker, but he could not find leverage.
A figure suddenly stepped in the way. An armored looking Spider-Man, he quickly fired two lines of web in the goons face. "Takuya Yamashiro...how long as it been?"
Takuya looked up, surprised. "It's you...the Rider."
"My brother is upstairs saving Gwen Stacy. We have to get to this Peter fast, and then save Delaney. Henshin, I got this." The Spider-Rider said as he snared a guard with a web line and pulled him in. "SPIDER FANG PUNCH!!!" He swung, delivering a strong blow to the guard.
Takuya activated his suit and turned into Supidaman. "I am the emisary from Hell, here to protect my friend. I am Supidaman." He said before grabbing the other one and smashing him into the wall.
"LEGACY!!!" Spider-Rider called as a bike autopiloted up to him. "Get on. We're running down Peter's attacker."
"On it." Supidaman got on the back and the two drove after Bender.
As soon as they got sight of him they sped up. "Dive off and get Bender. I will retrieve...me."

"You don't. People hurt you to hurt them. It's not your fault." Nanoweb got a signal. "We need to go, my Peter is on the move downstairs. The CEO is playing his hand."

He then is about to shoot the unconscious Peter. --- Spider-Gwen looked at Nanoweb. "W... what move..." said Spider-Gwen. --- The CEO was using the mixed DNA of Joyce and Spider-Gwen to create a new Gwen. Finally, after all those years of suffering, he would finally have the woman he loved. "Look at this, Joyce... I will finally have happiness thanks to you..." said the CEO, sounding quite emotional. "Thank you." |

Spider-Rider raised his palm, firing paralytic darts at their arms. "Let's see you aim with no feeling." The bike and him toooke very shot, little did they know how well designed his suit was.
Takuya jumped off and flew at them. "You will harm no one."

"I got Gwen, you help your own." Spider-Bot said. "Go...that's your Peter down there. Get to him."
"I...thank you." Nanoweb said before jumping down the side of the building.
"You're not leaving me behind." Night Cat jumped with him.
"Gwen, hang on. We will get you to safety." Spider-Bot said.

"By now, both Bender and Gray must have killed him." Suddenly, the clone inside woke up. The CEO gives her some clothes. She then looks at him and recognizes him. "P-Pete...?" said the newly created Gwen clone. "Not anymore... I've failed you so much that he ceased to exist." said the CEO with sadness. "I did this because... you deserve to live more than I do." "Aaah, how touching..." said a rather robust man with a beard and sunglasses. The CEO turned around and saw him. "Fisk!!! What are you doing here? You're not welcome." said the CEO. "Who do you think allowed Gray to become head of Oscorp and make a deal with you?" said Fisk smugly. The CEO then clutched his head. He had made a deal with the devil. He then grabs a laser pistol and starts firing at Fisk. Fisk runs behind a table. The CEO is going to fire again, but is hit by three bullets. Silvermane walks in. "Say goodnight, Mr. Lieber." said Silvermane before laughing. "PETER!!!" yelled the new Gwen. "No..." The CEO looks at Gwen and strokes her face as she started crying. "D-don't cry... Gwen... don't feel sorry for me... I let life defeat me years ago..." said the CEO, his tone sounding more softer, just like Peter Parker. "Didn't have the courage to face it... but I have found that courage now... and... more important... I finally saved you..." The CEO's eyes closed as he died. Gwen cried without hope as the man she loved died in her arms. "So touching... sacrificing his life to save you..." said Silvermane. "It sickens me." He then aimed his gun at the new Gwen. |

Fatty is mine." Jack walked forward. "Your descendant was on our board...kind of a pussy boy. Wonder if that is you or your kid?" He raised his talons. "Gonna fill you up with so much blowfish toxin you'll have to call yourself Wilson Fugu..."
"HEY!!! GET AWAY FROM HER!!" Joyce squirmed as Billy approached Gwen.
"Shut up." Billy said. "hey, we were allies of Lieber. You'll be safe with us."
Instant Karma had copied the gun Silvermane had. "You might have a good weapon, but my suit isn't just for show. I am made for this kind of combat. You are just some old fuck in a suit...and outside...our other two members are waiting to turn this place into a killbox. You two just fucked up."

"The CEO went after you." Spider-Rider said to him. "Peter, I'm another you. Suit up. They have Joyce Delaney."

Nanoweb and Black Cat reached the ground as a man on a bike pulled up. "Ace, is he here?"
Ace Spencer smiled. "Yeah, your rad bro gave me the right address. But you didn't tell me...he was a bear." Ace turned to look at the lumbering form of Pandapool.
"Yeah, well..it's new to me too. Night Cat, Ace Spencer and Pandapool. Our back up." Nanoweb said.

"Hey, there, tubby. Been a while." said Spidey as he jumped and headed for Joyce. He releases Joyce and grabs her. "You're safe, beautiful." said Iron Spidey with relief as he held Joyce tightly. He then glanced at 2099 Gwen holding the CEO's body while Billy talked to her. "Please... I need a moment... with him." said Gwen with sadness as she held the CEO. Peter then sighed and looked at Joyce. "So this is what would have happened if I had saved Gwen but couldn't save myself..." said Peter to Joyce. Silvermane fires at Karma, trying to take her down. --- Spider-Gwen looked at Spider-Bot and hugged him tightly. "You... you would stay with me... despite all the harm that I've caused?" said Gwen. --- Two figures walked toward Night Cat and the others. "I guess we are all allies for now..." said Dr. Murrow as he walked in with the recently released Cyber-Tech. "The security crew informs us that the CEO has been killed. We must have retribution." "Yes... especially me..." said Cyber-Tech as what appeared to be tears were coming out of his eyes. He was allowing himself to be Dave Harrison this time. |
