History: Aqua-Carl is a clone of Carl Morrell and a member of Mad Jack's Hydro-Army.
Mad Jack took a DNA sample from Carl and created this clone in order to gain the trust of Agent Peggy Carter and lure her into a trap. Mad Jack thinks that Carl and Peggy were the perfect genetic templates for his next cloning specimens.
Unlike the real Carl, who is struggling with mental problems due to stress and depression, Aqua-Carl is a smug, overconfident smooth-talker. He can easily charm people around him in a way that the real Carl isn't able to due to his fear of letting anyone get too close to him.
Equipment: Handgun
Powers: Aqua-Carl has the same powers as the real Carl (despite being created before he got his powers back) and Hydro-Man. He can crawl on walls, possesses a Spider-Sense and has the ability to control and turn his body into water.
Abilities: Indomitable Will, Genius-Level Intellect, Expert Inventor/Engineer, Science Major, Skilled Photographer, Master Acrobat, Master Hand-to-Hand Combatant, Street Smarts.
Weaknesses: He is vulnerable to heat-based weapons.
