History: Captain H2O is a clone made out of the DNA of Carl Morrell and Peggy Carter.
When Peggy was lured into a trap by Aqua-Carl, she became a prisoner of the deranged Mad Jack (Maggie Beck). Maggie felt that Peggy and Carl's DNA was a perfect genetic template for her next clone, which would be considered her masterpiece in cloning - Captain H2O.
H2O has the same abilities that Peggy has, but her personality is much more sadistic and incredibly violent. She is the perfect weapon against Peggy's allies in SHIELD and Carl's allies at ESU.
Equipment: Colt Pistol, Hydro-Shield
Powers: H2O has the wallcrawling powers of Carl as well as his Spider-Sense, abilities granted to her by Peggy's Super Soldier formula and the powers of Hydro-Man. However, her genes allow her to use her water-based powers to grow and shrink in size, multiply herself and create disasters all over a city.
