History: The Preacher is one of the most feared criminal gangsters in the city of New York. If you cross Preacher, chances are that you will never be seen again. He and his crew of "Janitors" make sure not to leave incriminating evidence in crime scenes. They are also extortion experts, showing up at many shops and stores to get their protection money.
Preacher doesn't like competition. When a young drug dealer started making lots of cash, Preacher became angered and decided to abduct the dealer's younger brother, a twelve-year old boy. As a ransom demand package, he sent the dealer's family the severed finger of the child and a tape of the youngster pleading for his brother to pay the ransom.
The dealer had the ransom money ready, but was betrayed by his own people and killed. When news of the murder went to the Preacher, he ordered his Janitors to kill the boy dispose of the body. The dismembered parts of the youngster were found in body bags laying on the same place his older brother was killed.
Now, Preacher's name is feared all over the city. The only person who doesn't seem to be affected by this man is Peter Parker, who is still relentlessly trying to crack down the organization. However, Preacher knows Peter is trying to expose him, and is thinking of ways to dispose of him.

Skills: Preacher is a brilliant manipulator, strategist, businessman, drug runner and bank robber. He is also very skilled as a fighter and assassin.
