Suddenly, a voice was heard through a communicator. "Major Domo... this is the Mandarin... I could provide you with my warriors to fill in the slots." said the Mandarin. "However, I'll do it on one condition... I want to fight Spider-Man to the death." "WHAT?!!! NO WAY!!! I WON'T LET IT HAPPEN!!! NOT WHEN HE JUST FIGURED OUT OF MY EXISTENCE!!!" yelled Teresa as she teared up. Teresa was starting to cry. She hadn't even managed to spend time with the brother she always wanted to meet, and she didn't want to see him hurt. Fury just silently walked out of the briefing room and headed for another room. He was angry with himself, regretting ever keeping secrets from Peter. He needed to find some way to redeem himself. He punches the wall with extreme anger. Sarah had mixed emotions about this. She thought her father was just as cruel and evil as Spider-Carnage was, and was extremely afraid to meet him. However, seeing Teresa's reaction to this, she now didn't know where she stood. Nevertheless, she started praying. "Oh, please lord... don't let him hurt me again... please, I don't want to see him after all he did to me." prayed Sarah in almost inaudible whispers. She was tearing up as she prayed. |
